Hey Guys here's my problem that I've been try to fix for a couple days now. I know it was discussed many times here and I did my best to search around the forum before this posting but I could not find what I'm after for. I got Interface Disconnected after updating to 1.4 and strage part is that it worked nearly perfect on first night out. I got a latest 12' Mac G4 Power Book with 768MB of ram, Osx 10.3.9. When it happned I did reboot comp for a couple times with SL1 and USB cable unhooked, No dice. I even rolled back to version 1.2 and also got same results. Then I thought external power adapter would work and got it from local Radio Shack. When I hooked all up both green and blue lights came on but that didn't work either! Then I got brand new 6ft. USB cable and ..... yeah it didn't work too. Rev, Nik and SpinThis! were kind enough to gave me some pointers but none of them seemed to be worked. On my lappy it's got two USB ports that I could hook up SL1 seemed to be not given enough juice to power it up. I got my iPod hooked up and it shows up in System Profile under Hi-Speed USB device, then when I hook SL1 up to the same USB port it shows up under non Hi-speed USB device. It doesn't even mention serato for some reason. I did get new iTunes 4.8 and Apple intermidiate codec before updating to version 1.4. I almost thinking of reinstall OS right now but I don't know if that will fix this problem..... I'd appreciate any of your help. I just want to use my Serato!!
